Now that we've got our bearings here in St. Augustine, we'd like to take a moment to thank you for your help and guidance with our long distance home purchase. Needless to say, selecting a home over the Internet posed interesting challenges, but you managed to work with us to assuage our anxieties with your calm professionalism.
We were particularly impressed with the fact that you really listened to us; you heard our needs and requirements (which were many and varied, I know!) and, on your own initiative, visited allllll those properties that met those requirements. It must have been exhausting work and Jim certainly appreciated that dedication. I, on the other hand, was delighted by your artistic abilities! Drawing floor plans on the fly during walking tours of properties couldn't have been easy for you, but you managed to convey space and design quite well!
So go ahead, become an artist, foster that inner Picasso......but keep your day job, because it certainly was a pleasure doing business with you! We love it here in Florida and wholeheartedly thank you for making our dream home a reality.
