Welcome to Florida's real estate market and to historic St. Augustine
and St. Johns County in particular.

Florida is a large state covering diverse weather and land. We
are based in St. Augustine, along the Atlantic Ocean. St. Augustine
is the nation's oldest city, and as such we have an abundance of
historical and tourist sites including the Old Fort and the Fountain
of Youth where the Spanish explorer Ponce de Leon came to find longevity.
Today increasing numbers are finding their longevity on the golf
courses, on our waterways and in the abundant cultural activities.
We are home to the World Golf Hall of Fame, World Golf Village
and numerous other private and public golf courses. We are a coastal
community with a beautiful harbor and broad beaches on which we
are allowed to drive our vehicles.
We are based in St. Johns County, the ninth fastest growing county
for real estate in all of America. The county starts just south
of Jacksonville (our major airport) in the coastal village of Ponte
Vedra, home of Sawgrass Golf Resort and the TPC (Tournament Players
Championships). Vijay Singh, one of the world's top golfers now
makes Ponte Vedra home.
The county is framed on the west by the beautiful St. Johns River
and on the south by Flagler County, America's fastest growing county
and Marineland, Florida's oldest seaquarium. We are an hour north
of Daytona Beach, famous for its racing and host of Bike Week each
Spring. We are two hours from Orlando with Walt Disney World, Epcot
Center, Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, Sea World and other
attractions.
We enjoy 3 seasons of weather: cool, warm and hot! We have perhaps
10 to 12 nights of frost so we struggle to call it ‘winter'.
We golf, ride bicycles, fish, surf, jog and live outdoors year round.
The real estate market is growing rapidly fueled by the "Baby
Boom" generation as it nears retirement age. We are reaping
the growth of a migration from the northern states and Canada down
through the mid-Atlantic states of Maryland and Virginia. And with
our 'reasonable' home prices, we are seeing an increase of residents
from Europe seeking second homes, holiday condominiums and flats.
But we are also seeing a migration from the south of Florida by
those seeking a more reasonable cost of living, a better quality
of life and greater diversity.
Call us to explore our corner of Paradise!
