leads, into which you will close 30% of those leads. Is your phone number on
the sign or on a rider?

How many listings do you have? What happens when they call your office
asking about your listing? How many buyer inquiries have you received from
your listings? How many closed transactions do you close? How many closings
are you missing?

Do the following math:

Number of signs out (active & pending sales) X 11 calls (4 month period) X 3
periods = Total Calls per year.
Total # calls X 30% lead capture rate X 30% closing rate = # closings per year
